This Policy explains what data the Pishi app processes and how it is used.

1. What data we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process your name, username, email address, profile photo, messages, uploaded files, contacts, device information and the technical information needed for the app to work.

2. Sign in with Apple

When you use Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple identifier. Your email address and name are shared only where you and Apple allow it.

3. Purposes of processing

We use data for registration and sign-in, your profile, exchanging messages and files, security, user support and improving the stability of the app.

4. Sharing data

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure providers may process data only as far as needed to run the app, and data may be disclosed where the law requires it.

5. Storage and security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data is kept only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Deleting data

You can delete your account with the corresponding function in the app or send a request by email. After deletion, some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where the law requires it.

7. Minors

The app is not intended for people below the age at which they can consent to data processing on their own under applicable law.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
